TIADC technology is one of the effective ways to improve the sampling rate of data acquisition module with the limited sampling rate of single ADC. The 40GSPS digital oscilloscope data acquisition module, based on TIADC technology, uses multiple ADCs with low sampling rates to form a parallel acquisition array, which has broken through key technologies as multi-ADC sampling clock generation and synchronous reset, high-speed data receiving and storage, and achieved the maximum real-time sampling rate of 40GSPS, the vertical resolution of 8 bits and effective bits of 6 bits.
