摘要

Softwarization and virtualization of both computing resources and networking assets have made deployment-related procedures more flexible. In this paper, it is explored how to leverage optimization techniques based on linear programming for optimal deployment and network traffic shaping under the given constraints. A model is proposed, implemented in AMPL mathematical programming language and illustrated with example scenarios in context of Fog Computing.
