This paper presents a Comprehensive analysis of low noise amplifier at different topology (LNA) assumed for higher frequency bands, mainly Ka-band. Where higher frequency LNA can be used in satellite transponders mainly for terrestrial communication. Generally, LNAs are the main block in a transponder and is very refined in terms of noise performance. The important features are design of LNA at lower cost, reduced power consumption and also higher levels of integration. To attain the high amplifier gain and low noise figure, various design topologies are used. In case of higher frequency, size of module should be an important aspect to achieve certain parameters. Due to the demand of increasing advanced frequency design of LNA, certain topology should be considered and also the various parameters of LNA are discussed in this paper such as forward gain, noise Figure and stability. The development of various topology designed enabled a LNA to operate in higher frequencies and low noise performance.
