In order to automatically detect and diagnose nautical instrument circuit faults, to reduce maintenance costs and to improve maintenance efficiency, we use the neural network method to add different test sequences to the input of the circuit board, and collect and extract data and features only at the output of the circuit board, and then use the neural network for faults diagnosis to achieve the purpose of locating the faults of the circuit board, avoiding the problem that the fault cannot be located because of the wrong position when using the probe or fixture and it is very convenient for the users.
