Construction of the Teaching Faculty in Open Universities Based on Mobile Internet

The "Internet+" has become an inevitable trend of social development. The collision and integration of internet and education industry are also deeper, which sets off the upsurge of establishing open universities. As a new, convenient and interactive mode of education, open university is gradually recognized and accepted by the public. The key to construct open universities well is to construct the teaching faculty in open universities. This paper mainly discusses the construction of teaching faculty in open university based on the mobile internet environment, then discusses the necessity to construct the teaching faculty in open universities from the state to the education and to the teachers, finally discusses the construction strategy of the construction of teaching faculty in open universities based on internet from the aspects of university and teacher.
