The traditional evaluation method of distribution network reliability is based on the statistical average values of all the distribution load points. The power supply reliability level of a single distribution load point can’t be achieved. Moreover, this method can’t reflect the situation of the incomplete outage of distribution network load points. In order to achieve meticulous management of the high reliability distribution network, a reliability evaluation method of distribution network load point power supply considering blackout coefficient of load point is presented. Six power supply reliability evaluation indexes of load point considering blackout coefficient of load point are designed, and the comprehensive power supply reliability level of distribution network load point is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
