For the high consuming and low utilization of energy and the problem that gravitational potential energy can't be recovered and utilized, a 6-SPS hydraulic parallel swaying platform with gravity balance system is proposed to recycle the gravitational potential and reduce peak of driven force and power. Then, Immune Genetic Algorithm (IGA) is used to design the mechanism by Multi-objective optimization for velocity, drive-force and power. After simulating, the max value of the power drop by 46.54%; and the max values of velocity and drive-force also can be optimized. This study shows that this kind hydraulic swaying platform can recover and utilize the gravitational potential energy effectively, reduce peak of driven force and power, reduce the energy loss, and optimize kinetic performance. This kind hydraulic swaying platform can suit for test bed for heavy load simulation.
