摘要

In this paper, the electromagnetic levitation ball system is taken as the research object. The electromagnetic levitation ball controller combined with fuzzy control algorithm and conventional PID control algorithm is designed. Firstly, the basic principle of the electromagnetic levitation ball system is analyzed and the mathematical model is established. Then Based on the classical PID control model and fuzzy control algorithm, fuzzy inference of PID controller feedback parameters is realized to realize dynamic adjustment of feedback parameters of the PID controller. And the control algorithm is implanted into the DSP controller, then the loading and the unloading experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the levitation controller has good static performance and better dynamic performance and robustness than conventional PID controller.
机译:本文以电磁悬浮球系统为研究对象。设计了一种将模糊控制算法与常规PID控制算法相结合的电磁悬浮球控制器。首先,分析了电磁悬浮球系统的基本原理,建立了数学模型。然后在经典PID控制模型和模糊控制算法的基础上,实现了PID控制器反馈参数的模糊推理,实现了PID控制器反馈参数的动态调整。并将控制算法植入DSP控制器中,然后进行加载和卸载实验。实验结果表明,与传统的PID控制器相比,悬浮控制器具有良好的静态性能,较好的动态性能和鲁棒性。
