摘要

The citizen has the right to a quality of life around a consequent health. Accessibility is one of the essential components. Governments are committed to that end and are adopting strategies to achieve it. Our objective is to analyze in depth an Outpatient Appointment System (OAS), which represents one of the points of entry for citizens to the healthcare system. We are interested in the contribution of Information Technology to this field by proposing a conceptual model articulating the making of appointments on the internet within a patient-centric care (PCC) through a qualitative case study of hospitals in Morocco.
