Carrier tracking is a key technology in the missile-borne data link communication receiver. It is very difficult to keep the receiver with good sensitivity in a large dynamic environment. Aiming at the short communication time, low signal-to-noise ratio and large dynamic communication environment of missile-borne data link, in this paper, we propose a feedforward carrier fine tracking algorithm based on Doppler shift dynamic search, which solves the problem of weak signal tracking under high dynamics. Simulation and implementation tests show that the proposed algorithm can work when the symbol signal-to-noise ratio is as low as 3dB under the condition of frequency shift change rate of ±6kHz/s.
