At the end of the distribution network, the wiring is complicated and the types of equipment are diverse. When the disaster occurs, the repair is not timely, which causes huge economic losses. However, the existing repair center location model is single. In this regard, this paper comprehensively considers the weather, congestion and other factors during the repair, by comparing the different influence degree of the arrival distance and the comprehensive cost on the site selection of the repair center, the research on the site selection of the distribution network repair center considering the loss of load level is adopted, and Pareto is used. The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the final optimization scheme by non-dominated sorting. The simulation results show that the distance and cost are better than the unloaded load when the loss level is calculated. The location of the network material repair center has certain guiding significance.
