考虑不同时段负荷水平及转供的配电网可靠性在线分析与评估

摘要

配电网的供电可靠性理论计算往往是针对规划阶段的网架结构展开的,可靠性的评估指标也往往是以一年为周期的,很少考虑不同负荷水平和时段对供电可靠性指标的影响.而供电可靠性的在线分析和计算研究的正是不同负荷水平下的供电可靠性问题,具有较重要的现实意义.通过将电力设备的故障率、停电时间、停电用户数等信息细化到各个时段,以用户平均停电次数AITC、用户平均停电时间AIHC和供电可靠率RS为指标,采用回路搜索法对配电网可靠性理论计算的在线计算机实现进行研究,并应用于深圳配电网的可靠性管理系统中,实施效果较好.%Power supply reliability calculation is often specific to power grid structure planning.The periods of reliability assessment indexes are often set as one year,and the impact of different load levels and periods are rarely considered.However,online analysis and calculation of power supply reliability are the issues of power supply reliability under different load levels,which have important practical significance.The information of failure rate of power equipment,power outages duration,number of outages users are refined into each time interval,the average interruption times of customer(AITC),average interruption hours of customer(AIHC)and reliability of supply (RS)are taken as indexes,and the loop search algorithm is used to achieve the online calculation of distribution network reliability.It is applied to reliability management system of Shenzhen distribution network,which obtains excellent effect.
