Fault recovery of the distribution network is actually the transfer of load in the power loss area to the contact reserve with the remaining capacity through the operation of the switch or the DG running on the island, which is a multi-objective and multi-constrained optimization problem. This paper introduces the recognition method of the weak voltage area, and then the recoverable areas are formed by eliminating nodes in the weak voltage areas. The importance of the outage load in the recovery process is ranked, and the model of the load recovery is built considering income, risks and costs. The heuristic search algorithm is used as the solution method, which optimizes the target nodes and recovery paths in the recovery process. Finally, a test system is developed to verify the rationality of the proposed method.
