Research and Application of Calculating Method of the Coal Quantity into Furnace for Thermal Power Unit

The coal quantity into furnace is an important Parameter of the unit equipped with double-inlet and double-outlet mill, the accurate calculation of coal quantity into furnace is related to the control effect and adjustment ability of the unit. Base on the analysis of the coal mill mechanism and a large number of practical tests, a new soft measurement of coal quantity into the furnace was obtained. This method is applied to unit control and the calculation of coal quantity into the furnace becomes more accurate. It avoids the large fluctuation of unit parameters caused by the large deviation of coal quantity into furnace. It also improves response and adjustment ability of the unit. This method is a good reference for the same type unit.
