The dispatching and control cloud (referred to as dCloud) with virtualization technology, which has the characteristics of resource sharing and dynamic deployment, leads to serious challenges for the security protection system of the current power monitoring system. The mandatory access control model selected by the security protection system is not suitable for the situation that user data hosted in the cloud. This paper studies the attribute-based encryption technology, and proposes an optimization method that uses the characteristics of the dCloud itself, to improve encryption efficiency and attribute revocation, and then implements an access control system based on attribute encryption model which suitable for dCloud. The experimental results show that the access control system designed in this paper solves the security problems introduced by super-privilege and resource sharing in the dCloud, which can effectively protect the user data and enhance the security to dCloud.
