The shaft tip earthing device plays an important role in the bogie of the high-speed railway vehicle. The test bench is the efficient and reasonable approach to verify the safety and reliability of the shaft tip earthing device. The model of the test bench is studied to simultaneously test four earthing devices. In the transmission system, a shaft without key slot is designed in the structure, which is convenient for the installations and adjustments of the belt wheels. The Finite element model is constructed for the static and modal analyses. The maximum homotactic stress of the entire test bench is 110.55 Mpa, which is smaller than the material yield limit of 235 Mpa. The 1st -6th order frequencies are 32.449 Hz, 36.805 Hz, 45.238 Hz, 48.693 Hz, 60.202 Hz, and 66.652 Hz, respectively. The study improves the reliability of the test bench and benefits for the safety performances of the shaft tip earthing device on the railway vehicle.
