The biggest cast swinging bell in the world - ,,Vox Patris"- will be heard from the tower in Sanctuary Basilica of the Divino Pai Eterno in Trindade-Go The bell was created by Jan Felczynski's Bell Foundry, company Rduch Bells & Clocks and cast in the premises of company Metalodlew S.A. in Krakow. The bell after casting weighs 55 tons and with diameter of 450 cm and more than 4 meters of height is the biggest bell casting ever made in Europe. The initial works on „Vox Patris" started back in 2013 when the first consultations took place. Jan Felczynski's Bell Foundry from Przemysl was then looking for the foundry capable in terms of technical equipment to handle the project of that size as the premises in Przemysl were not sufficient to cast such a giant. The requirements were not only the necessary space, modern and powerful furnace but also such things as cranes, appropriate location and professional stuff. Hence after weeks of discussions the co--operation with Metalodlew in Krakow was initiated.
