In this research, some important factors such as the parameters of the mold shell strength, the heating temperature, the standing time and the withdrawing rates that influence the formation of directionally solidified large-sized heavy-duty gas turbine blades have been studied through the method of microstructure analysis combining with liquid metal cooling process.
