Satellite mobile communication is considered to be the most effective means of wide coverage because of its stable operation, less interference, flexible networking, independent of communication cost and wide area coverage, which is not limited by geographical environment. Remote communication, high-speed real-time data transmission, covering a wide range of demand have become the main technical bottleneck restricting the economic construction of ocean, emergency, IOT and so on. Tiantong 1 satellite mobile communication system is the first generation of large capacity GEO satellite mobile communication system which was built independently in China. The system uses multi-beam coverage of national territory and territorial sea, can provide voice, short message, fax, data and image and other services, with resource autonomous controllable, all-weather service, no communication blind area, transmission security and reliability, high facility invulnerability, connectivity with the public network, suitable for pillar industries and government agencies and other key sector applications, and has unique advantages in emergency communication, IOT and mass communication and universal service. At the same time, satellite resources are relatively limited, bandwidth, rate, power and so on are limited, cannot be expanded as much as the ground mobile network, therefore, combining with different types of application requirements, it is urgent to build an integrated service platform based on “Tiantong 1” satellite mobile communication system, which plays an important role in navigation monitoring, IOT applications, emergency disaster relief, intelligent cities and so on. Build a relatively perfect Chinese satellite mobile communication service network, and further give full play to the benefits of information base support
