This paper focuses on the attitude control problem of hypersonic vehicle(HSV) with actuator stuck fault. A fault tolerant controller(FTC) based on control allocation is proposed. For the dynamics model after feedback linearization, a global sliding mode attitude control law is designed. The control allocation using fixed-point iteration distributes the control moment to each actuator, and is employed to deal with the actuator stuck fault. The attitude control law and the control allocation are combined into the FTC. The simulation shows that the proposed fault-tolerant controller can effectively deal with actuator stuck fault. The system can remain stable and converge to the desired attitude.
