摘要

Clustering is one of most popular data mining techniques with a lot of applications in industry. Particularly, in the field of human resource management, it is popular to use some predefined rules to determine the performance and segment the employees. In this paper we discuss the usage of fuzzy clustering algorithms in the human resource management problem. We evaluate the approach using the real-world human resource dataset collected from a factory in Vietnam over ten years. According to the experimental results, the proposed approach has a lot of potential in improving the understanding the performance of employees.
