摘要

Frequency response calibration is necessary in thermal pulse data processing. The study found that the thermal pulse data involves a larger frequency bandwidth. When the film sample is equivalent to a capacitor, the mutual coupling of the equivalent RLC components in the test circuit together determines the frequency response of the test system. Therefore, only using the frequency response of the amplifier will not be able to effectively calibrate the test data. This article proposes a method of full-field calibration, and it has been verified through experimental examples, which has achieved relatively good results.
