1. The effect of MF on surfactant solutions was investigated and following conclusions can be drawn from our findings: a (1) A permanent magnet magnetizer was designed, using the method of uniform MF treatment through external MF rotation. Automatic mechanical stirring blades generated turbulence to make the fluid more evenly and fully "magnetized". b (2) The MF effect on different types of surfactant solutions at a series of concentrations with different exposure times to MF were determined, with the evaluation system consisting of parameters, such as the penetrating speed, contact angle, and surface tension in order to display the wetting ability and permeability. Fluctuations and improvements in properties were observed, especially in nonionic surfactants.
