WELCOME FROM THE CONFERENCE CO-CHAIRS

It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you to the 37th ASME International Conference on Ocean, Offshore and Arctic Engineering (OMAE) in Madrid, Spain, from June 17 to 22, 2018. The OMAE Conference series has established itself as one of the leading events in the field and this year, for the first time, the Conference will be held in Spain. Madrid is a vibrant city with a population of more than three million people and is recognized as one of the top touristic destinations in Europe, not only because of its climate and amazing cuisine but also because of its history, culture and great museums.
