摘要

We have successfully fabricated a composite scaffold containing cell-derived ECM and apatite minerals together. This study demonstrates that hFDM/Apatite mesh scaffold could enhance osteogenic differentiation of UCB-MSCs in vitro. The related cellular and molecular mechanism warrants further investigation. This work proposes a new platform that can provide more advanced biomimetic 3D environment for bone tissue repair.
