摘要

These uniform downconversion HA nanoparticles were demonstrated to be dominant in cell imaging. The upconversion HA nanoparticles showed advantage in tracking the material-tissue distribution, revealing the osteointegration, as well as avoiding the tissue autofluorescence. These lanthanides-doped HA nanoparticles with a long-term stable fluorescence are fit for imaging cells and tracking bone reconstruction, and will exhibit their versatility in future biomedical applications.
