Ultrasmall glutathione-coated silver sulfide nanoparticles for breast cancer screening with dual-energy mammography or computed tomography

摘要

We developed ultrasmall GSH-coated silver sulfide nanoparticles as DEM and CT contrast agents with good biocompatibility and low retention in the body, indicating their potential utility for breast cancer screening. Future studies that evaluate pharmacokinetics and biodistribution would be valuable in determining the circulation time and excretion routes of these particles.
