摘要

Methanol treatment can vary the mechanical properties of silk. High ascorbic acid reduced ALP activity with increased cell activity which may preserve stemness/fibroblast phenotype. High calcitriol concentration produced increased cell activity and ALP over time indicative of continued differentiation potential towards an osteogenic lineage. Histological evaluation confirmed the presence of multiple types of collagen.
