We have developed a micellar nanocarrier assembled from PEG-W-PPS copolymers capable of encapsulating latrunculin for treatment of glaucoma. Through controlled delivery of actin depolymerizer Lat A, we aim to modulate SC cell stiffness while decreasing off target effects and increasing potency. Our results demonstrate that PEG-bl-PPS micelles represent a tunable, efficient delivery vehicle for Lat A, allowing rational design for targeted modulation of SC cell stiffness as a treatment for glaucoma.
