Oxygenating microparticles for localized oxygenation to 3D tissue environments

摘要

These early results suggest that oxygen delivery via microparticles to micro tissues has the potential to improve viability in similar tissue engineering approaches. Further, based on this work, we expect to show that cell survival and cell metabolism will be upregulated, ensuring growth of the new tissue.
