Magnetic Nanoparticle Thermal Treatment Potentiates Paclitaxel Activity in Breast Cancer Cells

摘要

PTX and SPION HT treatment were shown to enhance the outcome in cell killing in comparison with PTX alone or combination of PTX with external mild HT on breast adenocarcinoma cell line. These results suggest the potential benefits of SPION HT in developing new therapies.
