摘要

The spatially-induced cellular response demonstrates that a graded scaffold loaded with specific factors and minerals can serve to facilitate the regeneration of the enthesis and emulate its native organization. In summary, enthesis cellular and extracellular gradients were recapitulated using a nanofiber scaffold with combinatorial cues presented in opposing gradients. This scaffold design will be further tested in animal models to optimize it for integrative rotator cuff repair.
