摘要

The deformation of the actuator output mechanism can be seen as the synthesis of the torsion de-formation of the output shaft and variable cross-section cantilever beam deformation of rocker. Proceeding from mechanics of materials, the theoretical calculation method of actuator output mechanism stiffness was deduced in detail, and the optimization design of actuator output mechanism is finished based on the theory. The correctness of the optimization design is validated by simulation, and it provides strong theoretical support for the engineering application.
