The paper presents the results of studies of optical MDS coefficients with nanometer conductive films in a waveguide in the microwave range. Photos of the surfaces of substrates and metal-dielectric structures are presented, and questions of the strong absorption of the energy of electromagnetic fields in nanometer films of metal-dielectric structures are discussed.
