The Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) services in Indonesia has yet to be implemented. However, Indonesian telecom operators should consider their strategies on FMC services by offering bundling of fixed and mobile services. This research aims to provide market insight into customer preference for Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) services in the Indonesian market. We identified 6 attributes and utilized conjoint analysis as an approach to examining these preference attributes and their importance. The survey was conducted by sampling 115 respondents of the Indonesian fixed broadband service subscriber. The findings have indicated that fixed rate pricing schemes, accessible mobile TV HD services, wide signal coverage, single billing schemes and seamless handover emerge as the customer preferences for FMC services. Special discounts and free calls could be attractive benefits in the initial phase of these services.
