Specific Features of the Design of a Small Resistive Art Glass Melting Furnace

The paper proposes an algorithm for the design of a small glass melting resistive furnace with two technological modes - in a crucible or in prepared in advance gypsum form for ready glass sculpture producing. In the second case, the tempering of the finished product takes place in the same furnace i.e. the device is also used as a tempering furnace. The methodology has been verified using numerical modelling and experimental studies of a physical model.
