Influence of Loop Bandwidth Parameter on Integer PLL Frequency Synthesizer Performances in 80 GHz mm-Wave 5G Frequency Band

摘要

This paper presents a design of mm-Wave band integer PLL frequency synthesizer for 5G applications. An optimization between lock time and reference spurs is presented and an optimal value of loop bandwidth parameter is chosen such that satisfies the tradeoff between them.
