Discriminative and Generalized Dependent Aggregation Operators for Hesitant 2- Tuple Linguistic Information

In order to better manage complexity involved in multi-attribute decision making problem-solving, we establish some new aggregation operators for designing decision model under hesitant 2-tuple linguistic environment. Firstly, discriminative hesitant 2-tuple linguistic aggregation operators are introduced for considering variability between attributes by using the Gini index. Subsequently, hesitant 2-tuple linguistic generalized dependent aggregation operators are established to ease impact of inequitable input values by assigning suitable weights. Moreover, some pertinent properties of these operators are also explored. By taking some parameters of hesitant 2-tuple linguistic generalized dependent aggregation operators, some special forms of these operators are examined, which are consistent with those of classical operators. The detailed decision process of the designed decision making method is illustrated by using an example, and a comparative analysis is conducted to verify its viability and validity.
