A Novel High-Precision RC Oscillator

摘要

This paper presents a high-precision oscillator using a single comparator. A reference bias current is used to charge and discharge the capacitor array to generate a 100MHz square wave signal. Realized by Hlmc55ef process with 1.2V power supply, the proposed oscillator exhibits 59 ppm/°C average temperature coefficient and less than 1.88% frequency deviation at different process corners within the specified temperature range.
