Remarks on Regularity Properties of Lyapunov-Krasovskii Functionals

In this work we consider regularity properties of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals for delay systems that are asymptotically stable. We will show that under the Lipschitz condition on bounded and closed subsets for the system, a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional can be chosen to be Lipschitz on bounded and closed subsets.
