Design and realization of Display Control software in Integrated Avionic system for General Aviation based on the VxWorks

Display control system is used to integrate the flight information and display the information to pilots in real time. Display control system is one of the core subsystems of integrated avionic system. However, display control system for general aviation is in a backward phase in our country at present. This paper introduces a modular design of display control software based on the embedded operating system VxWorks and graphical interface development tool Tilcon. The software mainly consists of data receiving module, data sending module, data distributing module, data processing module and display module. We test the software using data from the flight simulation software. The simulation result proves this software is effective.
