摘要

This paper presents a high-voltage pulsed power (HVPP) employing series-connected full-bridge converter and solid-state switch, which has modularity feature to boost the output voltage. To optimize the static conduction loss and peak current, this paper utilizes stacked SiC-MOSFETs instead of classical Si-MOSFETs as the core component of solid-state switches (SSS). Meanwhile, in order to solve the voltage tail influence due to the drain-source parasitic capacitance across SSS, a push-pull circuit configuration is designed. Finally, the corresponding experimental results are provided to validate the performance of the proposed HVPP circuit.
