In view of the fact that the traditional automobile sales forecast model is affected by too many entities and great dynamic changes in the economic structure, through the investigation of the automobile sales in the Panzhihua region of Sichuan Province from 2007 to 2017, Matlab is used to carry out fitting on the automobile sales volume in the Panzhihua region from 2007 to 2017, and an automobile sales forecast model is established in this paper. The intelligent fuzzy evaluation algorithm is used to optimize the nonlinear characteristic index that influence the automobile sales in the Panzhihua region and further obtain the initial data for forecasting the automobile sales. Finally, through the analysis of the experimental results, it can be known that compared with the other sales forecast models, the model designed in this paper has high forecast accuracy, which can accurately forecast the automobile sales trend in the Panzhihua region, thus further forecasting the development of the automobile sales market in the Panzhihua region.
