The problem of wind abandonment in the winter heating period in northern China is becoming more and more serious, in order to improve this situation and reduce the pollution and resource waste caused by thermoelectric heating. This paper first proposes to use the combination of thermal power heating under the condition of maximally eliminating the wind, so that the heating requirements meet the national requirements; Secondly, this paper uses the ultra-short-term prediction of wind power and the prediction of atmospheric weather to correct the power generation capacity of wind turbines; Finally, combined with the heating area and requirements of a certain area, the heating load curve is adopted, and the time relationship of heating and cooling is adopted, so that the cost of heating the low-valley electricity price even when the minimum temperature standard required by the user cannot be reached when there is no wind. Lower than before. Then, taking wind power heating in a city in northern China as an example, analyze it, the results show that the method of this paper can absorb the wind to the maximum extent while meeting the heating demand in winter, and reduce the pollution and resource waste caused by large-scale heating and heating.
