Industrial monocular area CCD camera is now playing a remarkable role in the fields of spatial target position and velocity measurement. To overcome the measurement nonlinearities and the process uncertainties, and to improve the precision of target positioning, a set of triangle combination target is employed, the calibration principles of Zhang is utilized, and the idea of combination measurement is proposed by using three focal spots as cooperative target. The experiment shows the position measuring error can be decreased within 2 magnitude, and the effectiveness of such methods is verified.
