The application of infrared simulation technology (infrared lamp) in vacuum thermal test of spacecraft has been studied in China since 1988.Up to now, the research of infrared lamp at home and abroad mainly focuses on infrared lamp simulation technology, infrared lamp product screening and quality control. However, due to the irreducible defects of infrared quartz tube itself, human error and other factors. Therefore, the failure of infrared lamp is inevitable in the process of test. At present, little research has been done on the effect of infrared lamp failure on the test and remedial measures. In this paper, the common infrared lamp array thermal analysis. The effects of infrared lamp failure in different regions on the uniformity and heating amplitude of the lamp array are studied. Secondly, the influence of infrared lamp failure on the test is analyzed. This paper studies how to take remedial measures for failure of infrared lamps in different regions under different working conditions. The surface heat flux uniformity of the spacecraft after the rescue is analyzed and the predicted results are given. Finally, systematic remedial measures and experimental attempts are formed through theoretical calculation.
