Scholarship is something that is expected by each student, so that when there is an opportunity to obtain scholarships, many students who register themselves to the study program, then Head and staff of the study program will select according to specified criteria. From years ago, criteria for getting scholarships is almost similar, so that the criterias have similarities between previous data and the data of the new criteria. Case Based Reasoning is one method that is capable for reasoning or solve the problems based on old knowledge. Beside that, knowledge of CBR also be dynamic. This study to apply CBR approach for determine the feasibility students of schola rships recipient. There are five criteria or features that serve as references for the proper or improper to get a PPA and BBM scholarship. The process of calculating the similarity between the previous cases and new cases using nearest neighbord. Three output of system is the eligible PPA, the eligble BBM, and does not deserve a scholarship. Testing was conducted using 20 cases stored in the case base and the data 98 cases who made as a new case. Testing is done with two scenarios. The first scenario with case base system that is able to produce the correct decision with 82,65%. Second scenario with rule base decision correct 77,75 %, thirth scenario using combination rule and case decision correct 93,88 % and scenario four decision correct 100%.
