摘要

In order to overcome the shortage of transmitting nonlinear data within resistance strain weighing sensor, this paper adopts piecewise linear interpolation method to perform linear fitting between the returned value and the mass value of A/D (Analog to Digital) converter. Using this method, the nonlinear error interference caused by resistance strain weighing sensor is reduced, and the measurement accuracy of electronic scale can be up to10-2g at least.
