Building Digital Strategy Plan at CV Anugrah Prima, an Information Technology Service Company

Currently the number of startup companies are emerging, it makes the competition becomes increasingly tighter. Therefore, to survive in the competition, startup companies must have a specific digital strategy that serves as one of main advantages. When it comes with competitive conditions surrounding Information Technology (IT) Services business, it will become impactable ones. With no specific past research explaining on how to build profound Digital Strategy. This one proposing digital strategy plan using IS/IT Strategic Planning framework from Peppard and Ward. The result of this study is to explain how to form digital strategy plan for specific companies that had core business in the field of IT services.
