摘要

A technological scheme for obtaining of the protective layered coating of the Ni-Cr-AI system on the surface of copper parts is proposed. Deformation of the explosion welded composite material copper substrate Ml + alloy Cr20Ni80 + aluminum AD1 in the process of the cold pressing of the tuyere nose was simulated in the SIMULIA/Abaqus software and the temperature distribution over the profile of the three-layer wall M1-Cr20Ni80-coating under the conditions of the process stabilization at background temperature 1600°C was simulated in the DEFORM-2D software.
